Yarn painting

Have you ever painted with yarns? Have you already tried tapestry crochet technique?

Basically you crochet with two or more colors of yarn traveling the other color always along "inside" the stitches. Tapestry crochet allows you to create a piece of crochet that plays with color changes and flat patterns.

How to finish what you started?

Getting to the point where you’re ‘almost done’ can be both thrilling and cause of anxiety. Yes, I’m nearly there, so close to being done and simply can’t get motivated. How I overcome that feeling?

   The end vision is slipping so I just need to bring it back in sight, visualize it!

   Tracking the progress helps me understand how I’m doing.

   Promise to all my blog readers that I’m going to finish it till certain time!

I could not resist the beauty of this plastic bottle flower I found at Crafty sisters’ blog. It'll take you two minutes to make them and some time to dry but the effect is gorgeous!
