Flower

The wonderful card, over at Sarita’s blog (http://littleprincesscards.blogspot.com/) inspired me to try and cut this delicate flower. Thank you :D.

Tag tutorial

I am obsessed with glitter these days. I would like to show you a tag that could be used in any occasion, also could be handy for up coming New Year’s Eve. My favorite is white motif on a white cardboard. Personally I prefer the same colour of glitter and paper but in order to have a more visible tutorial I used some pink glitter on a white cardboard.

Mine looks like this:

And the procedure is simple.
Step 1: Place a cookie cutter on a cardboard.

Step 2: Glue (I used Pebeo decoupage glue) the inside of a cookie cutter.

Step 3: Sprinkle the glitter over the glued surface.

Step 4: Remove the cookie cutter and blow off the excess of glitter.

Leaf wreath

It’s really simple and effective. Cut as many leaves as you can, add some glitter occasionally and follow the steps from the butterfly wreath tutorial (http://nela-cutnelacut.blogspot.com/2009/12/butterfly-wreath.html). It’s a cute handmade gift.

Still thinking mum...

My mum asked me to make her a candle holder for her New Year's Eve dinner table. I did, made it...

but wasn't quite satisfied, so I changed the plan a bit and this candle holder turned out into a collage something...

Snowflake joy

I did my part of snow flaking. It seems that no real Christmas could pass without them. Mine snowflakes are cut inspired by Chinese papercutting, of course, with glitter added. Just a glimpse at them overwhelms me with a joy.

I’ve just made a quick photo tutorial for butterfly wreath that I made for my aunt. Hope that it could be helpful or just inspiring.

My first New Year’s resolution will be to make all the photos that I have on CDs and to put them in photo album.
