Envelope

It’s Sunday, my boys are away, mail bonding, quality time, bla, bla, bla... My mom forbids me to crochet on Sunday, superstition thing, I'm tired of translating Mercedes-Benz navigation system and although I passed several hours papercutting, I came up whit this alerted envelope only.

Paper Topper

My son is turning eight soon and the decoration should be done. He already popped up the question: what is going to be this time mom? You have to come up with something! OK. Lucky me I found some paper gift toppers on Martha Stewart’s blog.

Complete tutorial over here.

My heart ornament ended up in a crib of a two months old baby boy.

I sprinkled it with the lavender essential oil to whish him (and his mum) a good night sleep.

Recycled tag

Yesterday I bought a T-shirt to my son and while I was taking off the label I decided not to throw it to the garbage bin but to reuse it. Of course, I added some extras.
As I am pretty stuck with the translation I am doing at the moment, I don’t have much time for paper cutting so I have to satisfy my need for crafting with this little piece.
I wish you all a joyful weekend.
